Summer School ELOP at Coolidge

For students to enter campus, you must complete the Daily Health Screening on ParentSquare and show staff members the Green Checkmark.
Click the Button below to see a video demonstration of how to take the Health Screening and what staff members need to see.
* Students only need a chromebook if their summer school teacher requests that they have one.
* Students cannot bring their personal devices from home.

Because travel increases the risk of getting and spreading COVID-19, out-of-state or out-of-country travel is not recommended.  In order to create the safest environment for our students and staff during summer school, we will be using the following quarantine guidelines for students and staff who travel outside of California.

For persons who are not fully vaccinated, such as young students, the following guidelines for quarantine and self-monitoring are required upon return from other states or countries:

1.  Quarantine for 7 full days after travel if they get tested and get a negative COVID-19 viral test result from a specimen collected 3-5 days after arrival in California

or

If they did not get tested with a COVID-19 viral test after their arrival, quarantine for 10 full days after arrival in California

2.  Also, For 14 days after their arrival, continue to self-monitor for symptoms of COVID-19, and avoid being around people who are at an increased risk of illness. Isolate and get tested if symptoms develop.
If your student is sick with any symptoms that make it difficult to comply with our protocols (like mask wearing), whether it is COVID related or not, please keep them home and call to notify the front office at: (626) 282-6952.

All students who are sick, should not return to campus until they feel better, show improving symptoms, can comply with school protocol, and are fever-free for at least 24hrs without the need for medicine.
Driving to Pick-Up Students?  Display the Name Placard on your Dash.

We are asking parents to stay in the car when you come to pick-up your students at dismissal.  But to help us match the student to the vehicle, please place your placard on top of your dashboard in the right-hand corner.  This will help our staff see who your student is and which class they're in.
Recorded Meeting from JUNE 3, 2021
