LA County Library supports the important work of schools through free access to books, eBooks, digital content, and online tools, including research databases, online homework help, and many educational enrichment activities that encourage exploration and creativity.
In response to the unique circumstances now facing schools, students, and their families due to COVID-19, LA County Library has developed the Student Card Plus: a fine free digital library card available for youth ages 0-17, that will allow them to check out up to 3 books at a time from our libraries currently offering Sidewalk Service, and provides full access to our online resources.
