Board Meetings

The Coolidge PTA board meets monthly to plan the subsequent month’s activities, entertain new ideas, pay bills, read correspondence and conduct any business in the interim between association meetings. The Coolidge PTA Board invites anyone interested to attend the board meetings which are held at 7:00 pm on the first Tuesday of each month in the Coolidge Library. All are welcome!

Association Meetings

Association meetings are PTA members’ opportunity to have a voice in the direction of the Coolidge PTA. Bylaw changes, budget updates and outstanding issues are presented to the general PTA membership for review, comment and voting. In response to member input, Association Meetings now include a forum for Association members to voice ideas, questions and comments. Association meetings occur 4-5 times a year and are typically held in Coolidge’s cafeteria.
